A Specialist Eye for Landlords
With 30+ years in business and 40+ years in accountancy, Timothy Haigh M.I.A.B. has built, run and sold several businesses, including a letting agency, so he understands landlords’ finances first-hand.
He has also run a holiday lets company and grew a convenience store to over £1m turnover with 11 staff.
Rental income, allowable expenses and the mortgage interest rules are things he knows from the inside, not just from a textbook.
If you own property, you’re in experienced hands.
